CNC Overball Measurement Device "DBD Series"
The measurement of shaft gears with an overball is now possible, in addition to measuring hub gears.
The "DBD Series" is a CNC overball measurement device developed to eliminate issues associated with manual overball inspection tools. We offer the "DBD-250Ei," which can measure the overball diameter of external and internal teeth up to an outer diameter of 250mm, and the "DBD-250SHh," which automatically offsets both even and odd teeth and allows for height settings in the tooth width direction.
